Dawn Pietrefase is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently, Dawn serves as the Human Resources Manager at RBC Bearings, where responsibilities include recruiting and staffing, employee relations, wage and job analysis, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations since July 2011. Prior to this, Dawn held positions as an HR Generalist at Chemtura in 2011, HR Manager at Commercial Sewing, Inc. from January 2005 to December 2010, and Training Specialist at both The Timken Company and The Torrington Company from 1998 to 2006. Dawn holds a degree from Central Connecticut State University.
