Michael Ligon is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with extensive experience across various industries including aerospace, railcar manufacturing, and defense. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at both System Studies and Simulation (S3), Inc. since September 2019 and HDT Global since November 2017, Michael has previously held HR leadership roles at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation and FreightCar America, Inc., where responsibilities included managing HR functions, compliance with employment laws, and workforce development initiatives. Michael's career began in the U.S. Navy, where significant roles included Naval Flight Officer and various HR-related staff positions.
