Susannah Reynolds has over two decades of extensive experience in sales, account management, and IT product line management, primarily with Reckitt since May 2003. Key roles include Global IT&D Product Line Manager for Customer Planning and Senior IT Manager for Customer Health, where Susannah was instrumental in integrating the UK Healthcare and Household businesses. Prior positions at Reckitt encompassed roles such as Senior National Account Manager for Asda Walmart and various National Account Manager positions, significantly contributing to successful merger negotiations and team leadership. Earlier in career, Susannah held various roles at PepsiCo, advancing from Retail Development Representative to National Account Manager, managing teams and executing sales plans in the snacks sector. Susannah holds a BA in French and Spanish from Newcastle University.
