Jane Underwood is an experienced learning and development leader currently serving as the Head of Learning at Reckitt since May 2022. Previously, Jane Underwood operated as the Director and Public Speaking Coach at Jane Underwood Speaking, focusing on empowering senior career women. Prior roles include Group Learning and Development Manager at Wates Group and Global Learning Transformation Manager at Shell, where significant achievements included the transformation of learning models and substantial budget savings. Jane Underwood also served as Global Diversity Programme Manager and led initiatives to enhance female talent retention and career progression. Earlier career endeavors included roles in human resources and recruitment across various organizations. Jane Underwood holds a CIPD qualification and a BA Hons in Mental Health Nursing from the University of Nottingham.
