Charl Malan currently serves as the Marketing Director at Reckitt since July 2019, leading the Irish Health Brand & Trade Marketing teams to drive growth across various categories, including Healthcare and Personal Care. Malan's previous role as Senior Brand Manager at Reckitt involved overseeing the Dettol Core range, significantly impacting media strategy and brand equity. Prior to Reckitt, Malan worked at Imperial Brands PLC, progressing from Innovation Project Manager to Senior Brand Manager, where responsibilities included leading brand strategy across regions including the Middle East and executing impactful marketing strategies. Early career experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at JCB and as a Professional Cricketer. Malan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University and completed Matriculation at Paarl Boy's High School.
