Carlos Guillermo Martinez is an experienced manufacturing and operations leader with a strong background in driving transformation programs across various industries. Currently serving as RPS & ManEx Director Americas XBU at Reckitt, Carlos is responsible for deploying the Reckitt Production System and Manufacturing Excellence across 14 factories in North America and Latin America. Previous roles include Operations Director at MANE, where management of flavors and fragrances operations occurred, and Plant Director at Kellogg Company, overseeing plant operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Carlos has also held engineering and project management positions in companies such as SC Johnson and Nestlé, showcasing expertise in manufacturing efficiency, logistics, and capital project execution. Carlos holds an MBA from Universidad Tecmilenio and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana.
