Alan Fraser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various industries, particularly in product design and engineering. Currently serving as Product Design Lead and Senior Team Manager at Reckitt, Alan oversees key business development projects and manages a global team within R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain functions. As Co-Founder and Programme Delivery Manager at CirculOil, Alan utilizes advanced project management skills to aid in agile delivery. Previously, Alan co-founded ORIGINAL BEARD CO LTD, pioneering UK vegan-friendly grooming products, and held roles at Nexcel Ltd, BP, and other organizations, where responsibilities included leading significant project initiatives, enhancing customer value, and managing complex engineering tasks. Alan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
