Anessa Russo currently serves as Manager of Inclusive Talent Strategies at Velera since September 2024. Prior to this role, Anessa held various positions at Insurance Auto Auctions from January 2018 to March 2024, including Senior Manager of Talent (People Strategy), where responsibilities included designing talent management processes and enhancing organizational culture to maintain certification as a Great Place to Work®.
