George Grudziak, Jr. has over ten years of work experience in various roles. In 2012, they began their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at Cheltenham Center For The Arts. In 2016, they became an On-Site Technology Camp Director at Lavner Education, where they managed upwards of twenty staff members and over three hundred campers. In 2017, they joined A2b Technologies Inc. as an IT Technician (Entry-Level), where they solved basic hardware and software issues with systems on the residential side. George was promoted to IT Technician (Level 3) and then Corporate Account IT Technician, where they moved from handling residential customers to working solely with corporate clients. In 2021, they became the Information Technology Manager at Volpe Enterprises, Inc., where they monitored and maintained two buildings and their networks, servers, laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Currently, they are the Director of Onboarding & Software Implementation at RazorERP, where they coordinate onboarding projects and manages the support team to ensure new customers are fully trained and brought on successfully.

George Grudziak, Jr. attended Cheltenham High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their High School Diploma. George then attended La Salle University from 2013 to 2017, studying Computer Science. George has also obtained several certifications, including IT and Cybersecurity Risk Management Essential Training from LinkedIn in April 2022, Google Professional Collaboration Engineer for Workspace from Coursera in July 2021, and CompTIA A+ CE from CompTIA in January 2019.
