Lydia Kokolskyj-West is a seasoned nonprofit executive with extensive experience in fundraising, donor relations, and resource development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Razom since June 2023, Lydia leads efforts in marketing and global communications for the organization, which supports communities in Ukraine. Previously, Lydia held key leadership roles including Vice President of Development at SF Goodwill and Vice President for Advancement at Cristo Rey San José Jesuit High School. With a strong background in educational institutions, Lydia's past positions include Deputy Executive Director for Development at Santa Clara University and Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Penn State Abington. An active member of Chief, Lydia is dedicated to empowering women leaders and fostering collaboration across industries. Lydia holds degrees from Santa Clara University and Upsala College and has a certification in ethics and accountability for nonprofits from the Santa Clara University Markkula Center for Applied Ethics.
