Alyona Duraeva is an experienced HR professional with a robust history in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as HR Director at Razom Communications since June 2016, Alyona has previously held the position of Senior HR Manager at Dentsu Aegis Network and HR Manager at New Channel, OLYMP Alcohol Company, and РПК «АДИС». Expertise includes recruitment, employee adaptation, development of internal policies and corporate training programs, and enhancing organizational structure. Alyona holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University, obtained between 2005 and 2011.
