Nik Tran has extensive experience in online services and customer relationship management, currently serving as Director at Razer Inc. since September 2019, where Nik has developed an award-winning support site and implemented a chatbot that achieved a 35% deflection rate. Prior to Razer, Tran worked at Western Digital for nearly two decades, holding various leadership roles including Director of CRM and Online Services, where responsibilities expanded due to mergers and acquisitions, and led the migration to Salesforce service cloud. Known for driving significant improvements in support efficiency and cost savings, Tran's career also includes the successful launch of multiple online platforms and services. Nik Tran holds a B.S. in Information & Computer Science from UC Irvine, earned between 1989 and 1993.
