Lee Yang Lau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, quality management, and business development, primarily at Razer Inc. since September 2009. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Lee has improved product quality, reducing failure rates and implementing efficient departmental processes that achieve significant cost savings. Previous roles include VP of Quality and Customer Service, where Lee revamped customer support teams and enhanced collaboration. Lee also served as Senior Director of New Business, initiating projects in gaming laptops, wearables, and virtual reality. Earlier career positions include Technical Sales Manager at Celestica and Strategic Development Manager at Jabil Circuit. Lee holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
