David McCallum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in programme and project management across various sectors, including aerospace, defence, and education. Currently serving as a Programme Engineering Manager at Raytheon UK since July 2021, David previously held the position of Programme Manager at QinetiQ from April 2013 to July 2021, where responsibilities encompassed customer relationship management, bid preparation using the Shipley system, and performance reporting. Before that, David worked as a Project Manager at the University of St Andrews, overseeing capital infrastructure projects aligned with strategic goals. Earlier roles include leading the FSTA project at Thales and serving as Deputy Manager for a military training service contract.
