Hillary Doll serves as the Vice President of Global Trade Program and Operations at RTX since April 2020, and as a Board Member of the National Council on International Trade Development since August 2019. Prior experience includes a tenure at Raytheon from April 2005 to April 2020, where Hillary held various positions including Senior Director of Global Trade, responsible for international trade strategies and compliance. Other roles at Raytheon involved extensive management of export and import operations, compliance assessments, and training initiatives. Hillary's professional background is supported by a Master’s degree in International Security Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, both from the University of Arizona.
