Darlene Carson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and benefits administration. Darlene has held various senior-level roles in different companies throughout their career.

From 2014 to present, Carson has been working at RYAM, where they started as the Director of Benefits and eventually became the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Total Rewards. In this role, they offer strategic guidance and expertise while leading and developing a team of benefits professionals.

Prior to joining RYAM, Carson worked at Rayonier as the Manager of Health and Wellness from 2012 to 2014. Here, they were responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's health and wellness program.

From 2006 to 2012, Carson served as the Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.

At the start of their career, Carson worked at Prudential Healthcare from 1984 to 1999. Darlene was progressively promoted and ended up as an Account Manager/Marketing/Staff Supervisor. Darlene'sresponsibilities included supervising a large staff, providing employee benefits consulting, and training new employees.

Darlene Carson completed their education at The American College of Financial Services, specializing in Human Resources, with no specified start year and ending in 2005.
