Les Ruiz has extensive experience in telecommunications and voice analysis, currently serving as a Voice Analyst at Raymond James Financial since August 2022, with a prior role in the same position at FRG for Raymond James Financial Services. Les has a strong background in troubleshooting enterprise telephony infrastructure, as demonstrated in roles at G4S as a Telecom Analyst, where significant cost savings were achieved through system upgrades, and at Convey Health Solutions, supporting Avaya systems across multiple call centers. Additional experience includes positions at Palm Beach County providing legacy support for Avaya systems, and at IBM/Cemex managing telecommunications for remote plants. Les began a career in telecommunications at Avaya, where responsibilities included maintenance and repair of telecommunications products. Les holds an Industrial Electronics Certificate from CT State Three Rivers.
