Rick Pfeil has extensive experience in project management, construction, and development services. Rick has held senior project management roles at Raymond Construction, Bob Moore Construction, F.A. Peinado, L.P., and C.D. Henderson, Inc. Pfeil also served as Vice President and District Manager at Commerce Construction, overseeing all Dallas operations and performing services for site, shell, and tenant improvements. Additionally, they were Director of Development Services at PM Realty Group, creating a due diligence process for potential sites and overseeing construction operations. Pfeil's diverse project list includes Angelika Theater at Mockingbird Station, CIP concrete/masonry office buildings, spec tilt wall, tenant improvements, parking garages, and county jails and law enforcement centers.

Rick Pfeil obtained their Bachelor's degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University between 1992 and 1996.
