Shariq Warsi has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Shariq started their career at Raychem RPG Ltd. as a Process Engineer in 2008, where they actively participated in multiple improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and standardizing processes. During their time at Raychem RPG Ltd., Shariq acquired knowledge and expertise in utilizing tools such as LEAN VSM and SPC.

In 2013, Shariq joined SCHOTT-KAISHA as a Lean Manager, where they focused on implementing lean manufacturing practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

In 2014, Shariq transitioned to Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. and held various positions within the company. Shariq initially worked as an Assistant Manager, where they contributed to improving productivity and reducing waste. Later, they became the Deputy Manager, responsible for enhancing productivity, quality performance, and yield through the application of lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.

Shariq's enthusiasm for harnessing the power of digital technologies and process automation led him to become the Manager of Digital & Automation at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. in 2022. Shariq Warsi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics from the Central Institute Of Plastics Engineering and Technology, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from CSJM University Kanpur from 2003 to 2006. Shariq also completed their intermediate education with a focus on Biology, Physics, and Chemistry from SJS public school from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Shariq obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Simplilearn in May 2021.
