Rajender Kr Kaushik started their work experience as a Site Engineer at Surya Construction company in June 2001 and worked until July 2002. Rajender Kr then joined KLG Systel as a Design Engineer in June 2005 and worked until August 2006. In September 2006, they joined Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. as a Senior Project Engineer and worked until March 2008. Rajender Kr then became a Project Coordinator from April 2008 to June 2009, and later a Project Manager from July 2009 to June 2011. From July 2011 to May 2014, they served as a Senior Project Manager. Rajender Kr was then appointed as a Business Development Manager from June 2014 to June 2017. Recently, in July 2017, they became the Business Owner at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd.

Rajender Kr Kaushik completed their education in a chronological manner. Rajender Kr started their education in 1998 at Govt. Polytechnic Nilokheri, where they obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. After that, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Kurukshetra University and earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering.

In 2009, Rajender Kr Kaushik enrolled at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a focus on Operation Management. Rajender Kr completed this program in 2011.
