Kriti Palni Surya has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kriti started their career as an Associate Coordinator at SEWA Bharat in 2009. Kriti then worked as a Manager Exports - Floriculture with the Government of Uttarakhand at Agri Export Development Unit (AEDU) from December 2009 to January 2011, where they facilitated the export of flowers from the state. In 2011, Kriti joined the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade - Knowledge Centre as a Research Analyst, working on export projects for various government organizations. During their time at FICCI from November 2011 to May 2013, they served as a Research Associate. Kriti joined Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. in 2014 and has held several positions since then. Kriti worked as the Lead - Innovation from June 2019 to July 2020, where they created a culture of innovation within the organization and solved complex challenges through employee-driven suggestions. From May 2014 to June 2019, Kriti served as the Lead for Business Excellence and Sustainability, where they developed and implemented sustainability initiatives, captured stakeholder inputs, and worked on business process improvements. Currently, they hold the role of Corporate Strategy and BD since July 2021 at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd.

Kriti Palni Surya completed their highest level of education in 2009, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of International Business. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from Uttarakhand Jobs, graduating in 2007. In 2003, they completed High School with a focus on HSC - Science Stream (PCM Major) at Nirmala Convent Sr. Sec. School, Kathgodam, achieving a grade of 82%. Additionally, Kriti has obtained certifications including CII Certified Assessor for Business Excellence from the Confederation of Indian Industry, a Design Thinking Practitioner certification from KPMG India, and a UGC-NET in Management certification from the University Grants Commission (UGC).
