Brijesh Raj has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brijesh started their career as a Technical Assistant at Bharat Engineering Works in 1999, where they were responsible for monitoring production processes and ensuring the achievement of targets. In 2000, they joined Maxcom Marketing Services as a Marketing Executive, followed by a role as a Quality Control Engineer at Dalal Plastic Corporation.

In the same year, Brijesh joined EMI Transmission Ltd. as an Assistant Engineer, where they gained experience in design and manufacturing processes. Brijesh proficiently conducted type tests and prepared drawings as per client specifications. Brijesh continued with EMI Transmission Ltd. as an Engineer till 2004.

In 2004, Brijesh joined Tyco Electronics Systems India Pvt. Ltd., Energy Division, where they held the position of Associate Manager (Prod. Engg.) until 2010. During this time, they acquired expertise in production engineering.

From 2004 onwards, Brijesh also worked at Raychem RPG Pvt. Ltd., starting as a Manager in 2004. Brijesh was overall responsible for managing product development activities, including design, costing, and testing of products for various clients. Their key focus was on the development of new products as per technical specifications and client requirements.

Overall, Brijesh Raj has demonstrated strong technical and managerial skills throughout their career, with experience in product management, production engineering, marketing, and quality control.

Brijesh Raj completed their schooling at Govt. Ganapath Boys High School. Afterward, they attended K.V.G. College of Engineering, Mangalore University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E) in 1999.
