Abduljalil Alhamad is a data analyst with extensive experience in portfolio and analytics management as part of the Risk Management Department at Raya Financing Company since February 2023. Prior to this role, Abduljalil worked at Kia Aljabr كيا الجبر from April 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing customer satisfaction data, developing monthly reports for decision-making, and collaborating with IT to automate reports and enhance CRM systems. Additionally, Abduljalil coordinated training and user acceptance testing for ERP initiatives and improved customer journey processes. Earlier experience includes a role as a system analyst during a cooperative training program at Saudi Aramco.
