Dr. med. Roman Mantel currently serves as the Head of Thoracic Imaging Subspeciality at Raya Diagnostics since November 2022. Previously, from February 2020 to September 2022, Dr. Mantel held the position of Senior Attending Physician in Radiology and Division Chief of Magnetic Resonance Imaging at Stadtspital Zürich. Additional experience includes a Clinical Fellowship in Thoracic Imaging at Heidelberg Thoracic Clinic and various roles at Stadtspital Zürich and Spital Männedorf, encompassing both radiology and internal medicine. Dr. Mantel earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Zurich and holds a Radiologist certification (‚magna cum laude‘) from the FMH Swiss Radiology Board, as well as medical accreditation and radiologist certification in Germany.
