Kenneth Piercy has a diverse work experience history. Kenneth started their career in 2007 as a Pro Shop Employee at Butte Creek Country Club, where they were responsible for interviewing potential employees, creating work schedules, and ordering products for the retail side of the club. In 2011, Piercy worked as a Shop Employee at The Practice Tee at Sunset Hills Golf Course, where they assisted with golf course improvements, communicated with customers, and handled business advertising and customer service.

In 2012, Piercy briefly worked as a Sports Anchor at Catamount Broadcasting. From 2014 onwards, they joined the Ray Morgan Company as a Sales Support Administrator. Their role at the company involved simplifying the complexity and management of office technology solutions for over 25,000 organizations nationwide. Piercy's responsibilities included ensuring predictable budgeting, efficient workflows, robust security protection, and implementing greener print strategies for clients. Kenneth also prioritized reducing client costs and improving operational productivity.

Kenneth Piercy attended California State University, Chico from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Design "Media Arts". Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
