Rachel Anne Lee serves as a Partner and Managing Attorney at Ray, Feighny & Hartle PLLC since January 2022. Previously, Rachel held the position of Managing Associate and Senior Associate at Kuiper Law Firm, PLLC from December 2019 to December 2021. With extensive experience in land management, Rachel worked as a District Land Manager, Project Manager, and Landman at Purple Land Management from May 2013 to December 2019. Early career roles included Foreclosure Specialist at OneWest Bank, Legal Analyst at Bloomberg LP, and Assistant Manager of Business Formations at LegalZoom. Rachel gained foundational legal experience as a Clinician at the Michigan State University Small Business & Nonprofit Clinic and as a Work Study Student Assistant in the Attorney General of Michigan's Charitable Trust Division. Rachel holds a JD with a concentration in Corporate Law from Michigan State University College of Law and a BA in General Business Administration from Michigan State University.
