Sitesh Jha has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Sitesh is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Raw Engineering since November 2022. Before joining Raw Engineering, they worked at Magnifi by TIFIN as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Visible Alpha from March 2018 to September 2021. Their earlier roles include working as a Web Developer at Zeus Learning from November 2015 to March 2018 and as a Software Programmer at Efficientdata Pvt Ltd from October 2012 to October 2015.

Sitesh Jha completed their secondary education at Himalaya High School from 1997 to 2007, where they obtained their SSC degree with a focus on English, Hindi, Marathi, Math, Science, History, and Geography. Sitesh later pursued their higher education at Viva College from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
