Rennie Cotner is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience in ticket services and customer relations, currently serving as Manager of VIP Ticket Services at Ravinia Festival since May 2018. Rennie has a strong background in data management and customer support, having facilitated VIP artist ticket purchases and donor membership processes while accommodating over 140 performances annually. Previous roles include Box Office Senior Supervisor and Associate at Ravinia, as well as positions at Intelligentsia Coffee Inc., Chicago Chamber Musicians, Northwestern University, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, Eastman School of Music, and WXXI Public Broadcasting Council. Rennie holds a Master of Music in Horn Performance from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Music in Horn Performance from Eastman School of Music.
