Kanika Singh is an experienced HR and Administration professional with over 15 years in managing talent acquisition and human resources operations. Currently serving as Manager - HRD and Admin at Ravin Group since July 2014, Kanika is involved in various functions including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. Prior to this role, Kanika held the position of Dy.
