Justin Hensley is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in managing teams and projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Ravenswood Studio, Inc., Justin oversees a team of over 90 individuals and six managers across multiple departments. Previously, Justin held roles such as Operations Manager at the Smithsonian Institution, where management involved coordinating a large-scale festival and promoting safety and efficiency. Additional experience includes being a Flying Trapeze Instructor at Trapeze School New York and working as a Freelance Aggreko Technician. Justin Hensley holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Ball State University.
