Susanne Knoche has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Susanne started their career at Reebok Deutschland GmbH, where they worked as an Assistant to the CEO and later as a Business Development specialist for Home Fitness Equipment. In 2001, they joined Ravensburger Verlag GmbH, where they held several managerial positions including Head of Group Marketing, Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Managing Director of International Sales, and Managing Director of Sales DACH. In these roles, they had responsibilities for sales and marketing strategies. Susanne also served as the Group Managing Director of Global Sales at Ravensburger, overseeing worldwide market organizations and having full P&L responsibility for a team of 400+. Additionally, they held roles as a Board Member at DVSI - Deutscher Verband der Spielwarenindustrie e.V. and as an Advisory Board Member at Spielwarenmesse eG.
Susanne Knoche's education history begins in 1992 when they enrolled at Technische Universität Dresden. Susanne pursued a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften and completed their studies in 1998, earning the title of Diplom-Kauffrau.
