Swarnam Ramnarayanan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Customer Success Operations Manager at Rave Mobile Safety since July 2022, Swarnam previously held the role of Operations Manager for Customer Success at Progress, where management of renewals for mid and strategic accounts significantly improved customer retention rates. At FusionCharts, leadership as Head of Customer Success & Support led to a remarkable increase in CSAT scores, while earlier roles included Senior Technical Specialist and Web Support Engineer, where Swarnam contributed to enhancing customer engagement and web management. Swarnam started a career in the Financial Service Authority as a Graphic User Interface Designer, creating a public search engine for authorized financial firms in the UK.
