Ruben Dunsbergen has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Ruben began their career as an Intern at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Lithuania for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherlands in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Employee at the Hotel Les Sardines aux Yeux Bleu, where they received and welcomed around 50 guests per month. In 2015, they worked as a Research Associate at Kaiser Associates, where they conducted both qualitative and quantitative market research in the Dutch healthcare sector and made recommendations to improve the client's sales in the Netherlands. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at IBM, where they held roles such as Client Services Manager, Programme Manager - Cloud Transformation - Financial Services Sector, Project Manager - Financial Services Sector, and Business Analyst. Since 2021, they have been an Enterprise Account Executive at Multiverse. As of 2022, they are the Director of Client Operations, Integrations and POCs (Interim) at Ravelin Technology.
Ruben Dunsbergen's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations from Leiden University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. From 2012 to 2013, they were an exchange student at The University of British Columbia, studying International Law and Legal Studies. In 2014 and 2015, Ruben obtained an MSc Global Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, Ruben has obtained several certifications, including an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM (2018), an IBM Recognized Educator (2018), an Early Professional Hackathon from IBM (2018), an ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2018), an IBM Blockchain Essentials (2017), a Bluemix Essentials from IBM (2017), a Prince2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2017), and a Microsoft Office Excel Expert from Microsoft Office Training (2015).
