Rachael Day has worked in the software engineering field since 2016. Rachael began their career as a Summer Intern at MWR InfoSecurity in 2016. Rachael then moved on to Cassini Systems Ltd. in 2017, where they worked as a Software Developer. In 2018, they joined Mustard Systems Ltd. and held the same role. In 2020, they joined Wagestream as a Software Engineer, where they worked on projects related to financial resilience. In 2022, they moved to Primer.ai as a Software Engineer and is currently working at Ravelin Technology as a Software Engineer since 2023.

Rachael Day attended the University of Southampton from 2013 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
