Emmanuel Guerrero is a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in the home construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at AHV Communities since April 2022, Emmanuel also holds the position of Field Manager at Rausch Coleman Homes since June 2020. Previous roles include Construction Manager at William Lyon Homes from October 2018 to May 2020, and at Lennar from March 2014 to September 2018, where expertise in planning, execution, and delivery of homes was developed. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager at Urbano Design and Build from February 2012 to March 2014. Emmanuel Guerrero holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and an Associate's Degree in Architecture from San Antonio College.
