Tammie Noupa currently serves as the Safety and Training Manager at RATP Dev USA, where responsibilities include managing the safety of drivers, fleet, facilities, and maintenance operations, as well as overseeing onboarding training for operators since June 2022. Previously, Tammie held the position of Safety and Training Instructor at Shuttle-UM since March 2017 and served as Safety and Training Manager at the Regional Transportation Agency of Central Maryland from September 2021 to June 2022, focusing on the safety and training of drivers, dispatchers, and operation supervisors. Tammie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, obtained in December 2010.
