Morgan Nims is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and culinary management. Since January 2016, Morgan has served as the Regional Sales Manager for South Florida at RATIONAL AG, where strategic sales initiatives have been key to performance. Prior to this role, Morgan held the position of Executive Sous Chef at American Airlines Arena from August 2009 to July 2013, and served as Executive Chef at Crown Plaza Hotel from January 2002 to January 2007. Morgan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University.
