Mathias Hedlund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at RATIONAL Scandinavia AB since January 2017, Mathias previously held significant roles including Food and Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager at Mornington Hotel from September 2008 to October 2015, where responsibilities included budget management, procurement, contract negotiations, scheduling, and menu creation. Prior experience includes positions as Produktionsansvarig at Medirest, Säljare at Huddinge Fisk, and a tenure at Gällöfsta konferens och herrgård. Mathias holds a degree in Production and Leadership from Gastronomihögskolan and a Personal Trainer certification from The Academy, complemented by a high school diploma in Restaurant studies from Stockholms Hotell och Restaurangskola.
