Joe Boss currently serves as Regional Sales Manager at RATIONAL AG and Rational Certified Chef at RATIONAL USA. With extensive culinary leadership experience, Joe Boss held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Kensington Golf & Country Club and Shadow Wood Preserve, and Executive Chef at Little Harbor Club, where responsibilities included overseeing daily meal production, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining recipes and costings. As Owner and General Manager of The Keys Bar and Grille, Joe Boss coordinated operations and established service standards. Previous roles include Executive Chef at West Bay Beach & Golf Club and Golden Hills Golf & Turf Club, where Joe Boss focused on redefining food and beverage programs and ensuring high-quality cuisine. Education was achieved at Edison State Community College from 2000 to 2003.
