John Garvey is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Ratio Therapeutics since July 2021, John previously held the position of General Counsel at Noria Therapeutics, Inc. from June 2017 to June 2021, where involvement included Bayer's acquisition of Noria and PSMA Therapeutics to enhance its prostate cancer pipeline. John has also practiced law at prominent firms including DLA Piper, K&L Gates, and Foley & Lardner LLP, in various roles including Attorney and Partner, and served as Director at Parcell Laboratories. John earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Brandeis University between 1995 and 2000.
