Mark Fisher is a seasoned professional in operational resilience and risk management, currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Business Resilience, Oversight & Control at Rathbones Group Plc since June 2022. Prior to this, Mark spent over two decades at Santander UK, where various leadership roles included Operational Resilience Manager, Risk, Change, & Knowledge Manager, and Risk Governance Manager, with a focus on incident and crisis management, risk oversight, and team management. Mark holds a BSc in Applied Bioscience, Molecular Genetics & Biochemistry from the University of Strathclyde, attended Coltness High School, and has amassed extensive experience in managing high-stakes operational environments and enhancing resilience frameworks.
