David Blackburn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David currently holds the position of Head of Client Research and Insight at Rathbones Group Plc. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Consultant at Wipro and as a Client Experience Director at EFG Private Bank. During their tenure at npower, David served as a Senior Customer Strategy and Customer Proposition Manager. David also held the role of Head of Customer Experience at Barclays Business and worked in interim roles at Quadrangle & Your Futures London and Nunwood Consulting. Earlier in their career, David worked as a Proposition and Insight Manager at Capital One and held research director positions at One-MS and Corporate Edge.

David Blackburn's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Bishop Vesey's Grammar School, which they obtained from 1985 to 1991.
