Larissa Kreutzberg-Byrnes is a seasoned communications professional, currently serving as the Lead Internal Communications at Ratepay since March 2022, where responsibilities include developing the internal communications function and fostering cultural change. Previously, Larissa held the position of Senior Manager Internal Communications at Solarisbank AG, managing communications during periods of rapid growth and organizing large-scale company events. Experience also includes roles as Communications Manager at finleap connect and finleap, where Larissa focused on internal communications strategies and cultural initiatives. Additional experience encompasses positions as PR Specialist at N26, Communication Specialist at Happy Folk, and Project Assistant for Change Management at Hogeschool Utrecht. Larissa began a career in PR as an intern at häberlein & mauerer ag. Larissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Systems from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, a minor in Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a B2 Swedish degree from Folkuniversitetet Stockholm.
