Sonia Bansal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sonia worked at RateGain from 2017 onwards, initially as a Sr. Manager - Engineering from January 2017 to March 2018. Sonia later held the role of AVP Engineering from April 2018 to April 2021, and then transitioned to the position of Vice President.

Prior to their time at RateGain, Sonia worked at Bluelupin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Project Manager from January 2016 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for project design, estimation, development, and providing daily support to the team.

Before joining Bluelupin Technologies, Sonia worked at GrapeCity, where they held multiple positions. Sonia started as a Software Engineer from September 2007 to March 2010, then became a Sr. Software Engineer from February 2010 to March 2013, and finally an Associate Project Manager from April 2013 to December 2015.

Sonia's work experience began at L&T Infotech, where they worked as an Associate Software Engineer from September 2006 to September 2007.

Sonia Bansal completed their B.Tech in Computers from Motivational Pathway from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed Class 12 in Computer Science from Asha Modern School Saharanpur from 2000 to 2002. Sonia also completed their Class X from Infant Jesus School, Saharanpur from 1987 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Sonia Bansal has obtained several certifications, including "Sonia Leads: Empowering Women in Leadership" from RateGain, "ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching" from ICAgile, "PMI ACP" from the Project Management Institute, "INS 21 and INS 22" from AINS Cluster - Innovative Business Association Nutrition and Health, and "MCAD" from Microsoft. The obtained month and year for some of the certifications are not provided.
