Manik Budhraja has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Manik currently holds the position of Vice President- Customer Success APAC & MEA at RateGain, a role they assumed in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as Associate Vice President - Customer Success EMEA at RateGain from October 2020 to May 2022. From 2018 to 2020, Manik worked as a Senior Manager Customer Success at RateGain, and from 2016 to 2018, they were a Manager-Customer Success Team at the same company. Manik began their career at RateGain as a Relationship Manager from September 2014 to March 2016.
Before joining RateGain, Manik worked at Cingari as an Area Sales Manager from May 2013 to September 2014. Their responsibilities included handling the National Capital regions, achieving sales targets, conducting training and events, and negotiating contracts with luxury brands and vendors.
Earlier in their career, Manik was a Business Development Manager at Satguru Travel and Tourism Services from March 2010 to December 2012. Their role involved liaising with various teams and clients to deploy and customize online booking tools, as well as training channel partners.
Manik's first professional role was as an Associate - Lead at Team India Pvt. Ltd, where they worked from February 2006 to March 2008.
Manik Budhraja obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University between 2005 and 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in International Marketing at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. In 2009, they earned a Diploma in Consumer Behaviour from the University of Bern in Switzerland. In 2011, they completed a certification program as a Certified SAP consultant in Sales & Distribution at Siemens Professional Education. Prior to their university education, they attended Air Force Bal Bharati School.
