Soukayna Jermouni has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2012, they worked as an Intern at the Ministère de l'énergie, des mines, de l'eau et de l'environnement. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Program Assistant for the Arabic and North African Studies at Al Akhawayn University, where they also worked as a Senior Developer, responsible for developing desktop and web applications. In 2015, they interned at la Trésorerie Générale du Royaume, focusing on Mobile Application Development. In 2016, they joined the Institut für angewandtes Stoffstrommanagement as a Project member for the 'Zero Emission Campus' project. In February to April 2018, they worked as a Project Management Assistant at the same institute. Currently, they work as a Project Engineer at RatedPower, starting in October 2018. Additionally, they completed a Master's thesis at Al Akhawayn University, focusing on Optimal FIT for a Grid-Connected PV system in Morocco.

Soukayna Jermouni obtained a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Al Akhawayn University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Soukayna then pursued a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Management from the same university, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their university education, Soukayna attended Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles d'ingénieurs Alkhawarizmi from 2007 to 2010, where they focused on Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering Sciences. In terms of additional certifications, Soukayna received a certificate in SAP HANA Data Management Suite from SAP in August 2018. Soukayna also attended a course on Wind energy at the University of Washington and ENSA in October 2015, and participated in the Traveling University 2016, receiving a Certificate of Participation from Unwelt-Campus Birkenfeld.
