Leslie Estes is an experienced estimator currently working at Ratcliff Companies since June 2022. Prior to this role, Leslie served as a Senior Estimator and Manager of Concrete Operations at The Lemoine Company, LLC from 2014 to June 2022. Additional experience includes positions as Chief Estimator at Smith-Doyle from August 2013 to November 2014, Project Manager/Estimator at Aztec Masonry, Inc. for a brief period in early 2013, and Project Estimator at Inman - EMJ from July 2010 to March 2013.
