Ikbal Hussain began their work experience in 2014 as a Store Incharge at Ajmal Perfumes Manufacturing. Ikbal remained in this position until 2018. In April 2018, they joined Rasasi Perfumes Industry as a Sales Associate, and they are currently with the company.

Ikbal Hussain completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Gauhati University between the years 2011 and 2013.
