Hend Ali Shokir started their work experience in 2017, when they joined the Information Technology Institute (ITI) as a trainee for the Responsive Web Development Nanodegree. After completing their training in February 2017, they joined Code95 as a Frontend Developer and worked there until September 2018. Hend then moved to Giza Systems as a Frontend Software Developer from October 2018 to October 2019. In November 2019, they joined Swvl as a Frontend Software Engineer II and held that position until November 2022. Hend is currently working at Rasan as a Senior Frontend Engineer starting from February 2023.

Hend Ali Shokir attended Suez Canal University from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued and successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Information System.
