Glen Eichelberger has had a diverse range of roles throughout their work experience. Glen started their career at GE Capital as a Region Credit Manager in 1979 and stayed with the company until 1988. Glen then joined Pacific Telesis as the Director of Marketing in 1989, followed by a position at AT&T Credit as the Chief Credit Officer from 1991 to 1993. Glen then worked at CompuCom as the Director-Credit & Collections, where they established policies and managed the nationwide portfolio of receivables. Glen continued their career at UPS/APAC Teleservices as the Director - Customer Service from 1995 to 1996. Glen then transitioned to Kaiser Permanente as the Director of Membership Accounting and worked there until 2003. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Credit at Rasa Floors & Carpet Cleaning, LLC. since November 2003.

Glen Eichelberger obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Ambassador University, where they studied from 1968 to 1971. Glen later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management/Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University, completing their studies from 1974 to 1977.
